how do i switch from receiving my invoices via the post to receiving them via email?

If you would like to switch to eBilling or back to paper bills, you can set this up in My Account:

From the 'Overview tab', select your name in the top right corner, then ‘Account Settings’
Select 'Billing and Payments'
Scroll down to the 'Bill notifications' option, and toggle eBilling on or off.
