Trouble logging into account. Stuck on “loading page”

I signed up to AGL and electricity connection has been completed. Been told gas is still in progress.

Tried to login into my account but it is stuck on the “loading” page on both phone and laptop. Supported reset my account multiple times but same issue with no resolution. Can anybody help?

Same problem with me. I normally pay my AGL bill using BPAY View but for some reason, it will no longer let me view the bill - I see an error page instead. So I thought I'd create a login account directly with AGL. After creating it, I just see the same loading page. It's stuck and never finishes. So I can't even view my bill!
