Gas bill to high

Hi, we usually get a gas bill of around 120-140 every couple months for our usage. But this month we received a bill of $2120. It’s currently summer so we don’t use the heater at all. Only use gas for cooking and hot water. There is no way this is right. I also can’t see our usage and bill history on the app. Can someone help out please?

Not happy with the outcome. They said nothing was wrong and I’ve been charged accordingly. A once off bill at $2000 and now they’re back to normal doesn’t make sense. During the summer too
