two accounts one login

I have two electric accounts for two separate properties next to each other.

I have an online account and want to add the other account into it so I can see both accounts in on the one login and pay them directly through my on line log in.

I have tried this over the phone with no success.

I did this easily over the phone when talking to AGL about another matter.

I'm pretty sure you could get it done with the online chat too.

Once logged in I can click on workshop or home accounts.
