Can I change to Value Saver if I don't have Solar?

Does anyone know if you can change to the AGL Value Saver plan if you don’t have solar, its rates are better than the basic plan.

The AGL Value Saver plan is available for solar and non-solar customers. If you're interested in this plan, all of our current plans are available on our website at www.agl.com.au/plans. Feel free to take a look.
