Gas & Electricity accounts for Joan Ellis

Joan Ellis has a gas account **and electricity account ** for which we recently arranged final readings as Joan has moved to residential aged care. AGL has advised that the gas account is in credit $188.59 and there is an amount of $107.86 owing for the electricity account.

We would like to apply the gas credit to payment of the electricity account and the balance of credit to be refunded.

can you advise your requirements for this to happen please.
