No Discount on early payment debit card

Hi, i changed the way i pay bill from Bpay to Direct Debit which linked up with flybus.

i always get discount offer for Bpay payment,

and I disappointed after found out i didn’t get discount on my last bill for pay before due date on Direct Debit payment. Also, the amount are double compare to previous.

As a loyal customer with Agl gas and full intent to be on direct debit , which I thought was in play. I would appreciate if you can sort it out this issue. Cheers

Hi Xcyte,

If you've recently set up a direct debit, then your pay on time discount will appear on the second page of your bill as opposed to the front page as it used to.
