Why do the bills (both Gas and Electricity) no longer give a breakdown of the usage x the rate charged.

It made it easier to see why the bill is so high.

At the moment you only provide the amount of energy used and have no idea what rate is used to get the bill total.

Can you please get back to giving a summary on the charges and the costs.

Hi Warren7, Thanks for reaching out. The second page of your energy bill will have the usage and rate information you were after. You can locate this information under "Understand your bill" section on the second page of your bill. Hope this helps. Cheers, Deepesh

You guys are so frustrating to deal with. I know where the information should be but I am telling you is that for whatever reason my bills have no information on them.

The "new charges and credits" portion that sits "understand your bill" is empty and has no information for both my electricity and Gas bills.

Pease look into it.
