Hi,

we are moving house in a few days. How can I get my utility account transferred to the new address?

Hi Heni, Thank you for getting in touch with us.

There are a few ways you can organise your move.

If you have an online account registered, you can arrange your move in via your My Account by selecting the 'Move Home' button.

While organising your move in you will be able to choose to automatically disconnect your old address, we do need three business days' notice to organise the move out read.

Alternatively, you can contact us via messenger and one of our webchat agents will be able to help you with your move.
