How to add secondary person on the bill

Hi Team,

I want to add my partner as a secondary person showing on the bill.

Could we do it?

I have added her as Authorised Persons ready. Is it the correct way to do it?

Hi HQN, Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to add two names on the bill.

Adding your partner as an authorised contact allows them to maintain your account, including disconnecting the supply.

However, your partner will not be able to accept any product offers, connect you to a new property or add a concession card.
