I received a bill for $250 however AGL only debited $178. Why would this be? The periods do not overlap

A Payment or discount was applied to your account that you weren't aware of. AGL made an error when debiting your account. There was a change in the rates or fees that were not applied until after the bill was issued. MyTHDHR Benefits
