I am totally disgusted with AGL

I have tried several occasions to contact them by phone waiting over half an hour where you never get to speak to an agent and same with messaging!!!

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you had such a hard time getting through to us. We have been a lot busier than normal and as a result our customers have had to wait a lot longer than normal to speak to us. We are however doing the absolute best we can to get to all our customer's as fast as possible.
