Rates of Plans

I would like to understand why my plan has a Peak rate 13.8% higher than the reference AGL Basics plan plus the Shoulder rate in my plan is ~13% higher than base, Off peak is 10% higher than Base, Controlled Load 1 is 54% higher than base, Cl1 is 13.49% higher and supply charge is 4% higher. Sounds like AGL are ripping me off.??

Welcome to AGL Neighbourhood!

You may be on one of the older plans that either have a Pay on Time discount or higher Feed-in tariff and may not be aligned with current Reference Pricing or rates that are on offer. We can certainly do a plan review for you, I'll send you a private message to grab your account details from you.
