Updating paid payments

I paid my final bill on 14th Jul but when I checked back on 17th Jul, it is still showing unpaid although my bank account showed successful payment already. I tried to message and call AGL several times, but no one answered. Can anyone help me on this one? The due date for my final bill is 2nd August
