      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - we have a shack at Nora Creina SA 5276 and the power was out for approx 40 hours last week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We went there on the weekend and found some refrigerator / freezer food spoilage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise how we make a claim for this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pam&lt;/P&gt;</description>
