If one changes from origin to AGL do AGL cancel the account with Origin

Hello,

Ages ago, I changed from Origin to AGL.

Origin sent me a final bill and that was it. All I did was sign up with AGL and they took care of everything.

Hi @Fa31-,

Thanks for getting in touch. When you sign up with AGL, your account with your current retailer will close automatically the day before your transfer date. All you would need to do is sign up online using this link, or contact us via one of the platforms listed on our website, and we'll do everything else for you.
