    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’d like to know why my account has been blocked for “potential fraud activity” and why I can not get any damned answers out of AGL regarding my account. Access stopped a few weeks ago and attempting to contact AGL resulted in being told “we are currently investigating your account for potential fraud activity and hence digital services have been locked”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how is it an account is locked for something so dangerous with no communication, no end date no advice on when the account will be unlocked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im impressed with how bad your investigation is, Optus updated its customers faster.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
