Just an FYI,

I got a call purporting to be from AGL on a weekend right out of the blue. They kicked it off with my real first name!

It took me about 45 seconds to realise that it was a SCAM call.

So It may not have been AGL that called you just be wary of scammers and tighten your security as much as you can.
