My account number is xxxxxxxxxx and there are question on my recent bills.

On my plan, I will receive $25 credit every 3 months, but unfortunely, I received only two credits in the last 15 months.(between 12/06/2021 and 14/09/2022), And I recieved one credit last quarter after I had online chat with AGL) Could you please have another two credits deducted in my new current bill.
