I am unable to access bill downloads from all platforms - AGL website, phone app and emails. Please advise how and when we are able to access our bill downloads. Thanks

Trying to pay the bill bit unable to download it.

We had an outage over the weekend with the billing but this was fixed on Monday morning, can you please try downloading it again and let us know if you're still having issues?
