      <title>No bill received and smart meter not providing any data to app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our smart meter for our electricity has stopped providing data over a month ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We haven't also received our bill, which is a month late.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried phoning AGL - phone line drops out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried using messenger - no one is able to assist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't complain about the customer service.......there isn't any !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have the same situation. No online usage data since mid June and our bill for the past three months not received.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
