Paid by Credit but still got bank deduction

Hi community. I paid my bill on 06/07 with my credit card but AGL Sales still deduct money on 07/07. What can I do? Thanks

The Transactions were within 24hrs of each other, Usually depending on who the payee is it can take 1 to 2 business days before your payment go's through.

If you have automatic direct debit setup which it looks like you do then do not pay by credit card and let AGL auto deduct..

What I would do is leave the extra payment in there as a credit to be used against my next bill, give it 1 to 2 full business days and you should then see a credit against your account on the AGL website. So if it were me I would check my account on Wed 13th.
