Calls being made to me by apparently AGL asks for account details however I did not provide and asked them to provide me the details she replies with system will not give that info but the suburb is kilsyth. Then the call ends!!????

With all the scam calls happening at the moment please be careful everyone, yes it could be AGL but they should be able to answer your questions about your details!

Generally though, AGL callers will clearly identify themselves and only ask for specific account information to confirm the caller!

Spam calls are similar to email spam in the sense that they're a form of unwanted communication. Spam calls and text messages are distributed in bulk and are, in most cases, unsolicited,which means they occur without any prior request.
