Hi @susiejatkinson ,

No problem. All that information is available on your bill. If you have a paper bill or an emailed PDF, just find it on there and provide the info when you call up.

Also, you can view any of your bills at any time if you log in to your My Account page.

Hi I wanted to pay my account in full but I’m not able to find the total amount, i set up a payment arrangement and that’s all I can find is the amount due for that not a total amount
