      <title>disconnection not processed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Selling my house meant I needed disconnection &amp;nbsp;and change of address for my last bill. Arranged this in online chat on &amp;nbsp;09/06/2021 and got promised that everything would be arranged by 24.06.2021.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Received &amp;nbsp;now my bill on the old address and billing went on till 26/07/2021.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So actually nothing happened with my request to disconnect&lt;/P&gt;</description>
