How and when you receive a credit for a service disruption depends on your local Distributor, because this credit comes from them rather than your retailer (ie AGL).&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Whether you receive one will also depend on the cause of the outage and their policies. I'd suggest you get in touch with your Distributor for more info.
