I suggest you get in touch via our Messaging service, and ask to speak to the Resolutions team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The reason I suggest Messaging in particular is that it will maintain a record of your conversation, so if the change is made but still isn't happening, it will be apparent in future and might help to figure out what's going wrong.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To use messaging, &lt;A href="http://agl.com.au/login" target="_self"&gt;log in to your My Account page&lt;/A&gt; and click the Messaging&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":speech_balloon:"&gt;💬&lt;/span&gt; icon in the bottom right, or use the AGL app on your phone and tap the same icon in the top right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried multiple times to have a refund credit to occur automatically, and have been informed on two different occasions by support that this has been done. It is still not occurring automatically. Why is that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
