Unable to view any solar data for several years on AGL IQ app

For the past 2 years (at least) I have been unable to view ANY solar data on the AGL IQ app. I have reported this several times with no resolve and am getting fed up with the inability for the problem to be fixed. To be honest I have had nothing but problems with AGL's Solar Command and IQ systems which are a constant disappointment.

Can I ask if you're able to at least view data concerning your energy usage? Also, has your solar export been listed on your bills?
