Hello,

I have direct debit set up on my electricity account and forgot that I had a bill due today so did not have the funds for it to be taken out.

How can I pay this bill ASAP?

Can I ask if this payment was still drawn from your bank and if your bank account is now overdrawn?

Hi Our account was due today, but unfortunately we did not have enough funds in our account!
