$5141.09 projected gas bill

We're at unit 2 of 28 Murrong Avenue and the gas bill is in my wife's name, Rolyn Zhang , she is at work. Our last bill was $500 but we paid it because we has used the gas heater 3 times for about 8 hours each time and we decided never to use it again.

We want AGL to come up with an answaer or turn off the gas asap.
