I received my bill a few days ago. I notice that there is something wrong with "Your usage and cost snapshot". It says This year's Average daily cost of gas for this bill period is $3.13 - 116.84MJ, and Last year's figures were $2.63 - 148.09MJ. Does it mean I am using less gas this year but paying a lot more?

Can someone enlighten me on this?

There are some variables which can effect the cost, such as price changes and discount/rate plans, so it may be a possibility that the price is different with the comparison. To have this looked into further, please contact us here. You can also use AGL Messenger via the APP or My Account.
