Hi I’m currently with Kleen heat and just enquiring if AGL charge an installment fee every month. Kleen heat never mentioned when I signed up, defeats the 35% discount when charge $34 every month for some crap fee.

Can I ask to confirm how this fee/charge appears on your bills? It sounds like you're referring to either your 'account service fee' or 'supply charge'.

Hi it comes through as installment installation and it comes out every month onto of my bill
