Incorrect GST charge and questionable usage during Shoulder period

Hi,

With reference of my current bill I would like to know why I am being charged

$37.28 instead of $26.84 for the GST. I am also challenging my usage of 600.433kWh during the

Shoulder period. My usage during the winter period for the last 2 years is around 450 to 500 kWh.

There are two senior adults living in this property and we are very careful with our electricity usage.

it is appreciated if you could look into these two queries and reply at your earliest convenience.
