      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why does my bill show a graph that is falling month on month when my bill actually went up. The average daily use went up. But the chart shows the opposite&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doesnt give me much confidence in AGL&lt;/P&gt;</description>
