Overdue amount letter , but i don’t have any overdue

I’ve been getting overdue letter from jan for $50.25 , but I’ve called multiple time and the agent on the phone has told me there is nothing overdue on my account and to ignore the letter , However , now I’ve getting final notice and legal action letter ... like it’s really frustrating... on one hand i pay my bills but on the other can’t you guy close this issue already ...

i am going to move and cancel agl ASAP once this is sorted and going to the consumer court as well ... total inconvenience and sham work ..
