topic Benefits reduced in Energy Accounts & Plans

I have received notice that my benefits are to cease. Why is that so? It seems to be while you say the rate will decrease, the benefits will cease, making my bill more expensive.

Is this slight of hand or just another way to rake in more from the public who use your product.

Hi bonytony2!

Welcome to the AGL Community!

Energy plans have a plan period where the benefit you've select will last, this can usually be 12 or 24 months, depending on what energy plan you have. We send you a notice to let you know when your energy plan is about to expire and we'll be able to review your energy plan at the time as well.

I would recommend checking out our plans and rates web page for more information on how our energy plans work.

Kind regards,

-Nam-
