Hi ,

I received a message for a refund on 18/10. Would this refund be deposited into my bank account or I will receive a cheque ? If it's a cheque, how long I will receive it please ?

AGL will send a cheque, normally takes up to two weeks for processing and postage.

@myphan , you'll receive a cheque by default if you don't select any other option. But you can also get in touch with customer service and have them set up a deposit into your bank account.
