Gas metre does not match metre on AGL bill

Hi there, we live in a brand new duplex. It.looks like the gas metre on both sides are the wrong way around. My metre is on next door's agl bill and visa versa.

Therefore my AGL bills have been coming with next door's consumption. The house was vacant for 3 months and we got a 700 gas bill so I knew something was wrong. Checked the metres and there it was.

Who do I speak with to correct this?
