usage and overview shows different usage

I am a customer of AGL and I recently moved to a new property and my energy plan is AGL Essentials Saver electricity. I logged in my account in order to monitor my usage.

in usage tab it says that my usage is around 53 dollars that equals 11 dollars but in the overview tab it shows that my bill to this time is 45 dollars. It is a small studio and I have just used 11 dollars and it is not fair that I pay 35 dollars for nothing just as supply charge. do you have any other plan with cheaper supply charge.
