      <title>Billing notice</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the 14 th of each month i have a direct debit for electricity bill which is due and paid. this has been arranged for some time&amp;gt; on the 21 st of the month i get a reminder to read my meter which i do and submit often showing a very large estimated bill. I hope I am not being billed twice in the month and am unsure why if the bill has been paid why am i required to resubmit again. I await your explanation as to this practice your faithfully B duffy&lt;/P&gt;</description>
