Vacant - Lease property - billing IN BETWEEN lettings

Hi,

I'm a landlord with one property.

Tenants have just moved out of the property, they were AGL customers.

a month later new tenants move in.

There would be minimal, if any, electricity used in that month.

But how does billing work for that vacant period?

Welcome to AGL Community!

We would create a generic account in that time under "Energy Consumer", these accounts would generally get passed onto the landlords/property managers. We generally recommend to set up an account for a short period to ensure there is supply for that period.
