      <description>&lt;P&gt;Get a Gas and Electricity bill both payable, my billing shows both&amp;nbsp; in credit. WHY.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I get told on the online chat is ring the resolution team, are these people on the chat not qualified to answer a problem. ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is an account in credit but the bill owing, is this a rip off or a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing,, why are they not the same.?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sent a question via online in regards to Solar over a week ago yet no reply, is this normal practice ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
