My Account Not Working

I have been trying to log into My Account for the past week and all I get is this message:

We are sorry for any inconvenience. My Account is unavailable right now. Please check back soon

Is anyone else having the same problem now. I note that there was a chat earlier in 2019 but this is happening to me know.
