so hard to contact AGL support, i was trying to cancel my internet plan, it seems i'm getting nowhere. is how bad really is?

Hey there,

Personally I've had great success via the phone app. You can read about it here.

When calling, I typically am answered within 20 minutes, but given many of us don't want to wait around, the app is fantastic for it.

On a forum it's also best practice to create a new thread for a question, think of it like a 'ticket' system.
