Hi can anyone tell me how I get a copy of an old bill. Trying to do it online is impossible. Their website is a nightmare.

Log onto your My Account.

Select Billing

Select "Show All" if necessary.

Find the Bill and Click the DOWN arrow.

Download the Bill.
