AGL rewards- e gift card delay in issue

Hi,

Not sure why these comes as a delay but every time I purchase any gift card from AGL rewards it take 3 days at least to be received in my email.

In most of the situations, we go out for shopping looking for things in stores. But there always is a struggle to utilize these e gift card as you cant get them on the spot and have to wait for days to get it in your inbox.

and most of the times I end up buying straight from my credit card so as to make sure the item I am willing to buy doesn't get sold out while I was waiting for the e gift card.

Not sure why there is a delay but can that issuing of gift card once purchased be instantaneous?

It's annoying isn't it. If SunCorp rewards can do it instantly, you'd expect that AGL rewards can too.
