I have paid all owing monies to AGL for my previous property. My account balance is nil. I want to permanently close all of my accounts with AGL. I have been attempting to do this for the last fortnight, but have had little assistance or success. How can I do this?

Once your final reading has been completed, it can take up to 3 weeks for your final bill to be issued to you. If you're still seeing that your account is still active, please contact us so we can check this out for you.
