    <description>&lt;P&gt;Mark,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suggest that you log onto your account and raise the issue with the appropriate team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a &lt;U&gt;forum&lt;/U&gt; and anyone can make suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David (one of the managers) has made a post which I will place here for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are some things you should know:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;We're experiencing longer call wait times. If you'd rather not wait on hold, you can&amp;nbsp; message us from your &lt;A href="http://agl.com.au/login" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;My Account&lt;/A&gt; overview page, between 8am - 8pm AEDT&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The easiest way to manage your account is to log in to &lt;A href="http://agl.com.au/login" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;My Account&lt;/A&gt; or the &lt;A href="https://www.agl.com.au/help/agl-online-services/agl-energy-app" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;AGL Energy app&lt;/A&gt; - from here, you can pay bills, view your usage and message us&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you need a payment extension or you're having trouble staying on top of your bills, &lt;A href="https://www.agl.com.au/coronavirus/customer-support-program" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;we have options available to you&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest that you take a photo of your meter showing the current reading and then contact as above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neil&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received a bill saying i have a reading of 88604 the meter reads 82983 so I believe i have been overcharged. How do i correct this. I could not have been read to be this far out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The account number is 82336649.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>
