Old Account still appear online myaccount.agl.com.au

I moved to a new address from previous rental property 5+ years ago. However, in my account.agl.com.au, I still find this old account with account number, connection information, and address. I talked to agl and their reply is that it does not matter. I don't feel comfortable that I still have this connection under my name. I have left this property for 5 year and have nothing to do with it again anymore. It is very disturbing.
