I got a email saying if I don't pay my bill they are going to cut my power. I was on a payment plan but I missed one payment and was going to pay it next Friday I have been very sick

I did talk to someone on Saturday morning and they said I could pay it of at $65 a forthright. Thank you for getting back to me as well.
